Melbourne Sunset Walk along Yarra River

Join us and enjoy a beautiful sunset walk at the bank of Yarra River in Melbourne CBD.

We start our walk on the north part of the historic Princes Bridge and walk on the Flinders Walk along the river. We can see many bars and restaurants filled with customers, even floating restaurants with music.

During the walk, we can hear the creaking trains passing by at the busy Flinders Train Station.

Then, we cross Sandridge Bridge which was originally a railway bridge and in 2006 it was redeveloped as a pedestrian and cycle path featuring public art. Each glass panel offers information about Australian indigenous people or the countries of immigrants in Australia, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe.

We finish our walk on Princes Bridge and admire the spectacular view of the city and how the sunset light is reflecting beautifully on the high-rise buildings and on the surface of Yarra River.
