Walking Tour near to Federation Square in Melbourne
Join us and enjoy a beautiful city walk in Melbourne CBD on a sunny day.
We start our walk near the Royal Exhibition Building and walk towards the Parliament where we take a stroll in the Parliament Gardens visiting an amazing top-down fountain.
After enjoying our time in the garden, we visit St Patrick’s Cathedral which has incredible architecture and its surrounding garden is very peaceful to visit.
On our way, we have a look at the stunning Great Petition sculpture which was built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote in Victoria.
We pass by the Old Treasury Building but sadly it’s all covered with scaffolding due to a renovation. Luckily, we can see many monuments and sculptures on every corner reflecting our culture and history.
While walking across the Ian Potter Centre, you will be amazed at how beautiful the Australian Arts are.
Finally, we reach our destination at Federation Square which is always busy with programs and activities. This time is not an exception! We are so lucky to have such an amazing performance by a youth orchestra.
