Lauterbrunnen Switzerland Walking Tour

Our next adventure leads us to Lauterbrunnen, a tiny Swiss village lying in a valley in the Alps. It is absolutely amazing how the surrounding steep mountains are hitting the clouds and the breathtaking Staubbach Falls are falling down from an almost 300-metre high. No wonder it is a frequently visited tourist destination.

We start our walk from the Mountain Railway Station along the main road packed with tourists taking photos and shopping in the local souvenir shops. Then we take a detour further down to the valley where we can see charming houses decorated with colourful flowers.

In the end, we reach our final destination, Staubbach Falls. Undeniably, this tiny village’s natural beauty amazes us at first glance.
